"Hexachord Fantasia" (Fantasia Ut re mi fa sol la à 4) SwWV 263, written in 1612. Played on the mean tone organ of the Reformed Church of Oosthuizen, The Netherlands. Built on a very simple theme, little more than an ascending and descending chromatic scale, this is an exercise in ornamentation and development.
